We just moved to Kirkland and enrolled our kids to Twain Elementary in Grade 4 and Grade 2. The experience has been wonderful with plenty of support for our kids - and an active PTSA.

Strong community feel at this school. We've been happy to be a part of it. The only feedback I would give would be to offer more extra-curricular activities after school.
