My sister will have to repeat a grade because it sounds like they're failing her the same way the southern Illinois school system failed me despite it's at least 20 years later.

I could not manage to force myself or my child through the entire year at this horrible school. I pulled my little one out and chose to home school instead. The staff were nothing short of horrendous.
